The following protocols outline required behavior, communication, and operational conduct for all authorized personnel. Failure to comply will result in disciplinary action.

Conduct & Professionalism

All personnel are expected to maintain a professional attitude at all times while representing the Internal Security Department.

  • Show respect to all personnel and departments
  • No toxic, immature or disruptive behavior
  • Remain calm and professional during operations

Chain of Command

Orders and decisions must be respected to ensure discipline, structure, and operational efficiency within the department.

  • Follow lawful orders from higher-ranking personnel
  • Do not argue with command during active situations
  • Report concerns through the proper chain of command

Communication Standards

Clear and disciplined communication is required for all operations, training, and deployments.

  • Use professional language in department channels
  • Keep radio and operational communications concise
  • No spam, unnecessary chatter or misuse of comms

Activity & Attendance

Personnel must remain active and available to contribute to the department’s duties and training standards.

  • Attend trainings and deployments when available
  • Maintain consistent department activity
  • Inform leadership if inactivity is expected

Operational Discipline

All members must act with discipline and sound judgment during patrols, deployments, and internal security situations.

  • Do not abuse authority or department access
  • Follow protocols during incidents and deployments
  • Maintain order and situational awareness at all times

Confidentiality & Security

Internal Security personnel are trusted with sensitive information and must protect department integrity.

  • Do not leak internal discussions or plans
  • Do not share restricted information without permission
  • Report suspicious behavior, leaks, or misconduct immediately
